Before you launch commercially: these terms are written to describe how AGMAN actually works, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have a qualified professional review them — particularly the promotion, refund and liability sections — before taking real payments.

Terms of Service

1. What AGMAN is

AGMAN is a discovery and distribution directory. Visitors search for digital products and services; owners list what they have built so it can be found, and may optionally pay for clearly labelled additional placement.

AGMAN does not sell, host, deliver or guarantee any listed product or service. Any transaction you enter into with a listed party is between you and that party.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for everything done through your account.
One person or organisation should not operate multiple accounts to gain placement.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms or the community guidelines.

3. Listings

By submitting or claiming a listing you confirm that:

you own or are authorised to represent what you are listing;
the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
the content does not infringe anyone else's rights;
the destination link is live, safe and is what the listing describes.

We may edit, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion — in particular listings that are dead, duplicated, misleading, impersonating, or in breach of the guidelines.

3.1 Example and unclaimed listings

AGMAN may publish clearly labelled Example Listings to demonstrate useful profile structure and help people explore the network. Example Listings are reference content and are not normal claimable user listings. Separately, a real listing may be shown as unclaimed where AGMAN supports an ownership-claim flow. Claiming requires the platform's verification and authorisation checks.

If you would rather a listing about you were removed entirely, contact us and we will remove it.

4. Promotion

AGMAN offers clearly labelled sponsored distribution. Confirmed promotion payments create active promotion amounts that can qualify a relevant listing for Spotlight, Boosted, or contextual Sponsored placement. The current mechanics are published at how discovery works and form part of these terms.

4.1 What you are buying

You are buying time-limited promotion visibility relative to other eligible promoted listings. You are not buying a guaranteed number of impressions, clicks, visitors, leads or sales, and AGMAN makes no representation about traffic volumes or commercial outcomes.

4.2 Promotion duration and position

Each confirmed promotion payment contributes its own active amount for 30 days.
Paying again creates a new 30-day amount; it does not extend the expiry of older payments.
Your active promotion total is the sum of confirmed, non-expired amounts.
Another eligible listing can move above you at any time if its active promotion becomes higher. Position is not protected or reserved.
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the related promotion entitlement may be removed from active placement.

4.3 Pulses

Pulses influence the Trending section and reset at 00:00 UTC. Owners may purchase Pulses for their own eligible listings. Purchased Pulses are recorded separately from community Pulses, and a Trending position influenced by purchased Pulses is labelled Promoted. A purchase applies only to the remaining time before that day's reset.

4.4 Removal for breach

If a listing is removed or suspended for breaching these terms or the guidelines, promotion placement may be stopped. Any refund or reversal is handled according to applicable law, the payment provider's status, and the policy in force at the time.

4.5 Separation of promotion and organic

Promotion placement may appear in clearly marked Spotlight, Boosted, or Sponsored surfaces. Contextual Sponsored results must still be relevant to the current search or category. Payment does not alter the ordering of the organic results underneath.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AGMAN to:

distribute malware, phishing or deceptive content;
impersonate another person or business;
artificially inflate Pulses, Supports or search relevance through bots, scripts or fake accounts;
scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others;
list anything unlawful where you or your users are located.

Buying promotion or Pulses through AGMAN is permitted and disclosed. Manufacturing fake organic signal is not.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of everything you submit, and grant AGMAN a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site and in related material such as newsletters and social posts while your listing is published.

If you believe content here infringes your rights, contact us with the listing URL, the material you say is infringing, and your basis for the claim. We will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

7. Availability

AGMAN is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. Where a promotion placement is materially unavailable because of a prolonged fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AGMAN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss arising from your dealings with any listed party. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting promotion placement will be announced before they take effect. Continuing to use AGMAN after a change means you accept it.
